The program is named Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). To ensure the quality of nursing graduates, the degree is conferred upon completion of at least a four-year BSN program offered by a college, professional institution, or university duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education. In the Philippines, the BSN degree is equivalent to Level 6 of the Philippine Qualifications Framework. 

Nature of the Field of Study
BSN is a four-year program consisting of general education and professional courses. Professional courses, with emphasis on the nursing concepts with corresponding Related Learning Experiences (RLE), are threaded through from the first year through fourth year. The BSN program provides an intensive nursing practicum that will refine further the nursing competencies to ensure achievement of the BSN program outcomes required of an entry-level nurse.

Program Goals
The BSN Program aims to develop a professional nurse who is able to assume entry-level positions in health facilities or community settings. The professional nurse is capable of providing safe, humane, quality, and holistic care to individuals in varying age, gender, and health-illness status; healthy or at-risk families; population groups; and community; singly or in collaboration with other health care providers, to promote health, prevent illness, restore health, alleviate suffering, and provide end-of-life care.

The Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology (BSRT) degree program is a four-year program that prepares students to become skilled radiologic technologists. The program covers a wide range of topics in radiation science and imaging technology, including conventional radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, ultrasonography, and radiation therapy.

Graduates of the program will be able to use both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation modalities to perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic medical procedures. They will also be equipped with the knowledge and skills to ensure the safe and effective use of radiation in the healthcare setting.

The BSRT program is a great choice for students who are interested in a career in healthcare and who are passionate about using technology to help people. The program offers a challenging but rewarding curriculum that will prepare students for a successful career in radiologic technology.

Upon graduation, BSRT students will be eligible to take the Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination (RTLE). Once they pass the RTLE, they will be able to practice as Registered Radiologic Technologist in the Philippines.

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology is a combination of Medicine and Technology. It involves stepwise scientific processes and employs technologies that provide meaningful diagnostic findings. It consists of clinical laboratory testing in areas of Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, Clinical Microscopy, Parasitology, Immunology and Serology, Blood Banking/Immunohematology, Molecular Biology, Cytology/Histopath technique, and other emerging clinical diagnostic areas that play a crucial role in detection, diagnostic, prognosis, prevention and treatment of diseases.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is a four-year degree program that equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in the pharmaceutical field. This comprehensive program encompasses a wide range of coursework and experiential learning to prepare graduates for various roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

The curriculum of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacy practice, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, social and administrative pharmacy, and research. Students are exposed to both theoretical and practical aspects of pharmacy, including laboratory work and internship experiences in pharmacy settings. These hands-on experiences allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world situations and develop the skills needed to work effectively as a member of a healthcare team.

Furthermore, the program emphasizes ethics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance to ensure graduates are well-prepared to uphold the highest standards in pharmaceutical practice. The program aims to produce compassionate Thomasian pharmacists who are morally and scientifically competent and committed to their patients’ health and well-being.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology offers a rigorous and in-depth understanding of human behavior and mental processes. It aims to provide students with solid basic and practical knowledge in Psychology, with additional preparation in the natural sciences, that will enable them to respond to the needs of society in promoting optimal functioning and well-being, through basic and applied research, education, and interventions.

A graduate of BS Psychology will be ready to take the Psychometrician Licensure Exam. She may pursue careers in medicine, law, management, academe, and human resources (HR), among others. She may also pursue graduate studies in Psychology and further specialize in different areas of Psychology such as developmental, industrial/organizational, counseling, clinical, educational, and social.

The Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree (BSSW) is designed to educate students on generalist social work practice that focuses on the reciprocal relationships between persons and their environments. Our BSSW graduates take a wide variety of jobs ranging from case management to community organizing and work with a variety of populations ranging from young children and families to adolescents, or work with the elderly.

The Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree curriculum, which includes field practice (internship) experiences, is geared toward preparing students to become highly competent social workers who advance human rights, engage in practice-informed research and policy practice, engage diversity in practice, and effectively encounter and strategically work with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

Information Technology is the study of the utilization of both hardware and software technologies to provide computing solutions that address the needs of various users and organizations. The Information Technology (IT) program encompasses a wide range of knowledge areas – from organizational information systems to systems infrastructure to prepare graduates who can select, apply, configure, integrate, deploy, and administer computing technology to meet user requirements over a large spectrum of contexts.

BSIT graduates possess excellent technical, management, and soft skills, making them suited to pursue careers as system administrators, network engineers, information security practitioners, technology consultants, and enterprise system specialists.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) program includes the study of computing concepts and theories, algorithmic foundations, and new developments in computing. The program prepares students to design and create algorithmically complex software and develop new and effective algorithms for solving computing problems.

The program also includes the study of the standards and practices in Software Engineering. It prepares students to acquire skills and disciplines required for designing, writing, and modifying software components, modules, and applications that comprise software solutions.

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems

Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS), is a four-year degree program that deals with the design and implementation of solutions that integrate information technology with business processes. The program teaches students all about hardware and software applications and how they can use them to collect, filter, process, create, and distribute data.
